SAE Studio fits Fay-Herriot small area models to survey data
and area-level tables. It computes direct and model-based
estimates with measures of precision, runs diagnostics on
every fit, and exports tables and a methods report. All
computation runs in your browser: your file is read locally
and is never uploaded.
How it works
Upload and profile. Load an area-level
table or respondent-level survey file; the tool profiles
it and checks the columns it needs.
Configure. Set the outcome, the areas,
and the model options, with every choice stated in plain
terms.
Read the results. Direct and model-based
estimates side by side, each with its measure of
precision.
Check the diagnostics and export.
